I am truly amazed at myself during this term of work. I have always been one who does not go out unless absolutely necessary due to studies or work priorities. I must clarify that when I say 'work' , I truly do not mean work. When you thoroughly enjoy what you are doing and every single moment passes un-noticeably, I believe your actions are no longer deemed as work. But if you think it through, who defined work as a negative entity of daily life. Work can be a good thing. I guess the people who do not truly enjoy what they are doing outnumber those who enjoy their work by such a large margin that work consequently carries a negative connotation.
Going back to my point, I've been going out like crazy during this holiday period. I guess one of the reasons is that I really worked my brains to pulp during the last semester of studies. This is my schedule this week: Other than my 8 to 6 usual working routine, I went to the gym with Kevin on Monday. I cleared my driving final theory test tonight. I'll be going out for a department buffet tomorrow afterwhich i'll meet my friend in the evening for dinner. On Thursday, i'll be meeting JieRen for dinner and a 'catch up' session. On Friday, I'll be attending my department's farewell dinner cum drinking session. Point to note, I don't take alcohol. Guess I'll have to drink milk instead. On Saturday, I'm going shopping with Kevin. On Sunday, I have my usual music lesson that includes a recording session.
Time to start on chapter one of my next sem module. Thermodynamics rocks my socks....!!
