KUNG FU PANDA


On Friday, I went back home togather with Jill. We walked down the hill and chatted happily along. I realised that I was able to openly talk to her as she was able to do so to me. There were no uncomfortable silences at all. A very, very nice girl indeed. She has a very lucky boyfriend... hahas... After reaching home, I went out togather with Kevin and QiHao to watch Kung Fu Panda at Cathay Cineleisure. The movie was quite comical as promised by the previews and synopsis. However, it wasn't the kind of 'funny' that would get you rolling all over the floor. I guess the 'cute' element of the characters would have also fuelled the light-hearted comedy factor of the movie. The movie also shed light upon a very important concept that I have talked about before, 'Always believe in yourself and you'll accomplish miracles.' All in all, I'll say it is a movie that is not really worth watching on the theatre but worth watching all the same on DVD at the comfort of your home. I will personally give it 3 stars out of 5 stars.


KBOX OUTING


I went out today with Larry, QiHao, Ivan and Choon Hong to the KBox at Downtown East Pasir Ris. It was quite a fun outing. Met Choon Hong for the first time. A very nice and friendly guy just like the rest of my office people. After singing for about two hours we went to Macdonald's for dinner. Coincidentally Choon Hong's birthday had just passed two days ago. Hence, we surprised him with a slice of oreo cheesecake and a candle. It was nice to see that he was pleasently surprised. After singing him a birthday song and tasting the rich and creamy cake, we sat around for a period of time chatting about daily life, office characters and the supernatural. After the chatting session, I went to meet up with Kevin at about 1145pm. We had dinner cum supper at some hawker centre in the Tampines region. The Hokkien Mee that I had there tasted quite nice. The chili was also good.


Now that I will no longer be staying in hall next semester, I wonder what my life is going to be like. Hmmmmm......
